Climate Change a Matter of Life or Death on Tuvalu

A UnitingWorld lunch provided an opportunity for Rev. Teleke Peleti Luati to present on climate change issues affecting his home, the island nation of Tuvalu.

The Project and Human Resource Development Officer at Tuvalu Congregational Church expressed his heartfelt concern to the audience, “climate change is an issue of life and death for our people”.

Rev. Amos Ndhlumbi, Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church in Zimbabwe also spoke on the impact of droughts and flood and the detrimental impact on food production for his country.
